ID Reclaim Plus

ID Reclaim Plus is a fee-based, upgraded service offered to account holders. It includes the same features of ID Reclaim, but with extended coverage.

Who is covered in the program?

ID Reclaim Plus provides recovery service to the covered account holders, spouse or domestic partner, dependents under age 25 with the same permanent address as the account holder, and parents with the same permanent address as the account holder, living in an elder care facility or deceased 12 months or less.

What makes ID Reclaim Plus different from ID Reclaim Basic?

ID Reclaim Plus recovery services cover three generations of family (as ID Reclaim Family), but it also offers optional credit monitoring for one of the account holders of record.

What is credit monitoring?

Credit monitoring is a service that identifies changes in an individual’s credit file and credit activity.

How does ID Reclaim Plus credit monitoring work?

Credit monitoring is provided through a custom-designed interface to Experian credit data, providing the consumer with continuous monitoring of credit activity. The consumer will receive daily e-mail alerts if there are changes in his/her credit file which may indicate identity theft.

Can I purchase additional credit monitoring for my family members?

Account holders enrolled in ID Reclaim Plus can purchase credit monitoring for family members covered by ID Reclaim Plus who are age 18 or older. This is an additional fee per month per person for credit monitoring.
