IMG_8209-webSeaside, OR— The 11th Annual Ducky Derby, sponsored by Clatsop Community Bank and KCRX 102.3 FM—The Classic Rock Station, was held Saturday, June 11 at Quatat Park in Seaside. The event raised over $2000 for Seaside Kids, Inc., and since 2009 has raised over $37,000 for the local nonprofit athletic program.

In addition to being the event’s title sponsor, Clatsop Community Bank awarded the grand prize of a $500 savings account to Scott Herres—the owner of this year’s winning duck. Other prizes were awarded to runners-up. Clatsop Community Bank also presented a Duck Hunt promotion on the bank’s Facebook page in the weeks leading up to the event.
